There are foure heaven in mcc, they are

1)St.Thomas's Hall,2)Selyur Hall,3)Bishop Heber Hall,4)Martin Hall(for Girls))

Do you have any idea what is Hall life in mcc? It is a god's gift on earth to stay away from this busy and polluted world.The speed of life here is slower then outside world.

Hall's are blessed with its traditions which have kept the maroon flag flying high.I have learned a lot of lessons here. I believe my hall friends feel the same.From different places like kerala,coorg,jamshedpur,etc., they come and stay together,bringing diversity to these blessed hall's.

We have a cabinet.We learn to handle situations and responsibilities and you enjoy your life with a different kind of training.Now let's talk what is really is our hall.The hall is filled with talents and music.We pupils follow gana + ghaas system.All the time there is music playing some where in hall and at the same time herbal remedies for regeneration are prepared.In the hall all the time most of us busy doing nothing or busy with sports and entertainment activities.

Then we have Bharathi mandram-which can teach tamil culture to all other people.I was Bharathi mandram chirman when I was doing my final year in the hall.

We have different ministers for every activities(like mess minister,sports minister),Very special thing in hall is each one of them are having their own single room.We used to have so many culturals.First inter block cultural,then inter hall compation,then each hall are having their own cultural.They are Utsav-Thomas,Moon Shadow(Selyur),Octavia(Heber),and calarompics for martin hall.Then finally we have Sports day(inter hall).Each hall they have their own Hall Day function.In between Tamil mandrams functions,then other so many college function.Leaving hall is falling in to the hell to me.....

Reflections on Hall Life-- The idea of leaving St.Thomas's Hall brings back to my memory, the happy and exciting days I enjoyed here for the past three years.Hall life,in mcc is a sweet experience and helps us to learn more about the outside world.It is cosmic experience by itself.It helps a lot,to understand the varioue people and how to get along with them.But there are pros and cons in hall life which have to be considered.As a resident,I shall view both sides of hall life.
